Informations produit

This Chasselas, from the 'en Roussillon’ plot, was produced without any additives, apart from a little sulphite after fermentation. Natural yeasts, natural alcohol, no fining, no filtration. The wine has a mineral and floral bouquet, and is chiselled, fine and delicately tense on the palate. The 2024 vintage has an alcohol content of 10.7% vol.

We are looking forward to your visit for a wine tasting in our vinothèque or in our cellars. Book for an informal visit or a professional meeting.

The winery is open each Wednesday from 4 pm to 7 pm and Saturday mornings from 10.30 to 12.30. We also welcome visitors other days of the week but please phone in advance to confirm your visit.
