A blend of Gamay (45%), Gamaret (40%), Chasselas (7%), and Charmont (8%) from the Panissières vineyard in Tartegnin.
The idea behind this blend is to incorporate a small proportion of white grapes into the cuvée to impart freshness, lightness, and crispness to the wine. The four grape varieties are harvested and fermented together, then aged for 10 months in barrels.
The bouquet opens with notes of red berries, blackberries, and coffee. On the palate, the wine is fruity, juicy, and elegant. The finish is light and delicate.
