Informations produit

'Les Truits’ single vineyard cuvée. Harvested in small crates when the fruit is at peak ripeness. The wine is aged in barrels for 12 months. Malolactic fermentation is partially carried out, depending on the vintage. Striking a balance between woody notes and the varietal expression of the grape variety is one of our priorities for this wine. Its potential will be fully expressed after a few years in the bottle.


Best consumed within 10 years.

We are looking forward to your visit for a wine tasting in our vinothèque or in our cellars. Book for an informal visit or a professional meeting.

The winery is open each Wednesday from 4 pm to 7 pm and Saturday mornings from 10.30 to 12.30. We also welcome visitors other days of the week but please phone in advance to confirm your visit.
