Generally harvested at the end of the harvest when the fruit is ripe, our Merlot, from the 'Les Truits’ plot in Mont sur Rolle with very limited yields, is aged for 18 months in barrels. It exudes notes of red fruit, blackcurrant, blackberry and tobacco. The tannic structure is full-bodied but precise, with aromas of undergrowth and pepper.


Best consumed within 8 years.
